Whether you are a life long resident of the State of Georgia, a transplant from another part of the country, an immigrant, or a student - New Georgia Project is proud to welcome you to our unique "civic technology" space. As a member of our user community, here is what you can expect from us:

1. Security
We adhere to the most rigorous best practices to deliver our service. We are constantly evaluating our infrastructure to improve our resilience to threats. Rest assured we will inform you if an incident happens and will advise you on measures to take if such an event occurs.

2. Privacy
Nothing is more important to us - period, full stop. We adhere to the most rigorous data privacy standard in the world today (GDPR). We do not sell or share your information with third parties. We do not track your actions within the app. And most importantly, you are not our "product". You are our fellow citizens, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. And your trust is sacred to us.

3. Accuracy
In an effort to make your evaluation of candidates running for office, we may use third party data services to provide a near real-time feed. As such we are constantly reviewing that content to ensure its accuracy and lack of bias. In summary, we are 100% committed to sharing facts, not opinions, to help make the process of voting less overwhelming, confusing, and frustrating.

4. Commitment (or Community)
Our team of employees and volunteers knows firsthand how difficult it is to be an active, confident, engaged (ACE) voter in Georgia, especially if you are a member of a minority community (race, gender, sexual orientation) or live in a remote part of the state with limited news resources. That is why we are embarking on this exciting new initiative. Our commitment is to eliminate barriers so that you can become an ACE voter and you can help others do the same.

5. Energy
You are the fuel for our fire! That is why your energy and feedback (good, bad, or something else!) will be the lifeblood of our user community!
